Our first call or email exchange is about connection. We’ll get to know each other — your travel preferences, must-haves, wish list, and overall style — so we can start building your perfect trip.
Trip Design
While you complete our client onboarding forms and approve the Design Fee, we begin brainstorming and putting together your trip design.
Review
You’ll receive your first itinerary draft for review and feedback. Together, we’ll fine-tune every element until it’s exactly right.
Confirm & Book
After you approve the plan, we handle all bookings and logistics. You’ll receive access to our itinerary app, which keeps every confirmation, document, and travel detail in one convenient place — live and updated through your return.
